Here’s what you need to know — 

How are you keeping your employees and guests safe?

Employees will be required to wear a mask and wash their hands frequently, and will follow all other state health department guidelines. Tables and chairs will be disinfected after each guest, and high touch areas will be disinfected regularly. Restrooms will be disinfected every 30 minutes.

We are monitoring our employees for COVID-19 symptoms and providing them with personal protective equipment. An employee who does not feel well will be sent home and will have the opportunity to seek medical care without losing pay. Safety is our first and highest priority. 

Should I bring a mask?

Yes. While we are happy to see your smiling face while you’re seated at your table, we are requiring that everyone wear a mask when leaving their table to go to the restroom, a food truck, to chat with another table, or for any other reason. Please practice social distancing if waiting in line for a food truck or the restroom.

What if I forget my mask or I don’t want to wear one?

If you are not wearing a mask upon arrival, we’ll give you one free of charge. If you are not comfortable wearing a mask, we welcome you to purchase beer to take home with you and encourage you to visit us again when state and local guidelines have been loosened.

How does reservation and payment work?

We are using a contactless reservation and payment system called Perfect Venue.

Some important details:

  • There is a $5 per person pre-paid minimum on every reservation.
  • This pre-paid minimum goes toward your total Bristol tab. Please note: Your minimum may not be used toward any food truck purchases.
  • Tables are available in 2 hour time increments, after which we ask that you kindly surrender your table to the next party.
  • Your tab will be paid through Perfect Venue. For your convenience, your server will update you with your total at the end of your visit.
  • Each reservation comes with the opportunity to leave gratuity for our staff in advance. You’ll have two hours past the closing of your tab to update your gratuity based on your experience. 

Can I bring the whole family?

In an effort to make our in-person experience as safe as possible for everyone, we are temporarily limiting reservations to ages 21 and up only. We’re truly looking forward to being able to welcome all ages back to Bristol very soon.

What if I feel sick?

We ask you not to join us for your reservation if you are feeling sick. We want you to enjoy being with us as much as we enjoy being with you, and will honor a refund of your pre-paid minimum if you feel it may be unsafe for you to join us. 

Are you accepting walk-ins?

Yes. If a table is available, our host will make a reservation for you using Perfect Venue. We just ask that you wait in your car or socially distance on the Ivywild School grounds while you wait for your table.

Are you serving food?

The Ivywild Kitchen is closed for the time being. But food trucks will be available whenever possible, and we encourage you to enjoy their offerings!

Are restrooms available?

Yes. Your server will be happy to direct you to the Ivywild School restroom designated for Bristol guests, which will accommodate 1 guest at a time.

Where do I park and check in for my reservation?

We ask that you park in front of Ivywild School, either on the street, in our front lot, or in the MAT parking lot. If there is no available parking in front of the building, you may still use our back lot, but we ask that you walk around the building, as the back door of Ivywild School will be closed to the public for safety reasons. 

Check-in is at the Bristol host stand, located at the top of the stairs in front of the main entrance to the school. If it’s raining, you can access the host stand just inside our sliding door from the Bristol (northeast) patio. Please allow ample social distance if you are in line to be checked in for your reservation. 

What if I arrive early or late?

Please arrive at your scheduled reservation time. If you are early, please remain in your vehicle or practice social distancing in any of our generous, unused outdoor spaces. If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, your reservation will be made available to a walk-in guest.

What happens if it rains?

We will move your party to a table inside the pub. If it’s raining when you arrive, please enter through the sliding door just off of the Bristol (northeast) patio and check in at the host stand.

What if I need to cancel or change my reservation?

Please call us in advance at 719-633-2555 and we will help you with that. If you cancel within 6 hours of your reservation, there will be a $5 cancellation fee.
