According to the studies of the venerable Professor Hap Hop, the term Hap Hop is of Coloradan origins. The language is a late-era fusion of happy plus hoppy that came into fashion through descriptions of the light and crushable taste of Ivywild School Pale Ale—but Hap Hop has come to mean so much more.

The scholarly pursuits of Professor Hap Hop at the Ivywild School have revealed the use of the term Hap Hop for everything from a formula for better living to a dance craze that’s sweeping The Rockies. Professor Hap Hop has also demonstrated the extraordinary ingredients of Hap Hop and has published a definitive anthology on the subject titled, The History of Hap Hop.
