Why Bristol?: I chose Bristol because I've been going back and forth between California and Colorado for about a year and 1/2 now and I just fell in love with Bristol. It's truly an amazing brewery and I thoroughly enjoy the beer and architecture. I was very intrigued... I just had to work here!
