JOB DESCRIPTION
JOB TITLE: Marketing Manager
REPORTS TO: Sales & Hospitality Director
THIS IS A SALARIED, FULL TIME POSITION WITH BENEFITS.
JOB SUMMARY:
This is a position requiring a unique combination of personality, expertise, efficiency, and a deep understanding of the Bristol voice and brand. The Marketing Manager will work closely with and report to the Director of Sales & Hospitality to cultivate and maintain the Bristol brand and further the presence of Bristol Brewing on site, in the marketplace, and in the digital space, through digital marketing, social media, POS development and sales team support, and event promotion, planning, and execution. The ideal candidate for this position will be a hard worker with a high degree of professionalism who also enjoys some levity at the office. An appreciation for the benefits of a not-quite-corporate environment will go a long way—if paired with a tolerance for the challenges that go along with being small and often grass roots in nature.
