JOB DESCRIPTION

JOB TITLE: Promotions Assistant/Brand Ambassador

REPORTS TO: Sales and Hospitality Director 

THIS IS AN HOURLY, PART TIME POSITION

JOB SUMMARY:

You will build a quality guest experience through authentic hospitality across a variety of roles in outside sales. Your passion for craft beer and personal service will enrich our consumers connection with our brewery. Through a united effort across the sales team, your role represents the face and voice of the Bristol brand.

JOB DUTIES:

• • Promoting the brand: Engaging with consumers at various events, festivals, and tastings to share the company’s story and products.
  • Educating consumers: Providing information about the brewing process, beer styles, and company offerings.
  • Event coordination: Planning and executing promotions, including sampling and tastings, in collaboration with sales teams.
  • Networking: Building relationships with retailers, customers, and other industry professionals to enhance brand visibility.

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

• Previous experience in a hospitality or sales environment is beneficial, but not a requirement.
• Passion for craft beer and the craft brewing culture with a curiosity to learn more.
• Inherent team mentality and family spirit, inclined to cooperate and offer support sales team members.
• Ability to engage with customers in an event setting.
• Good physical endurance and ability to set up and tear down business displays
• Developed communication and networking skills that promote authentic connections.
• Able and willing to work a flexible schedule.
• Willingness to learn the Bristol brand and beers, and the ability to describe and recommend them.
