JOB TITLE: Front of House/Expo
REPORTS TO: Hospitality Director
THIS IS AN HOURLY, PART TIME POSITION
JOB SUMMARY:
We are seeking dedicated FOH/Expo staff to join our team for the upcoming season. The ideal candidate will assist in taking orders and delivering them to customers in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
JOB DUTIES:
A passion for food and the energy to thrive in a lively, fast-paced setting, regardless of years of experience.
Ensure adherence to all Bristol and Spark BBQ standards and operating procedures to maintain a high level of service and quality.
Foster a positive work environment by being a strong team player and developing constructive relationships with colleagues.
Possess the ability to accurately identify menu items to ensure correct and timely delivery of orders to customers.
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:
– Experience in a customer service environment is a plus but not required.
– Knowledge of basic service industry practices.
– Ability to work efficiently in a team setting.
– Ability to learn operating systems for taking orders and familiarize with our menu.
