We prize this German style for its ability to refresh the spirit on a sunny day. Ours doesn’t disappoint, with its thick, white head, pale gold tone, and smooth body. We keep it unfiltered to retain the traditional banana and clove notes from the yeast, for a mild fruitiness that makes the heart sing.
