JOB DESCRIPTION

JOB TITLE: Dishwasher

REPORTS TO: Hospitality Director

THIS IS AN HOURLY, PART TIME POSITION

JOB SUMMARY:

Dishwashers are responsible for facilitating positive guest experiences by washing all Bristol Brewing Company food and beverage dishes and maintaining a clean environment in the Bristol Pub, Spark BBQ, and the Barrel Room.

JOB DUTIES:

• Removal of dirty dish bus tubs from the floor and replacing them with clean tubs.
• Washing dishes coming from the Pub, Spark BBQ, patio, and Barrel Room on the Bristol Brewing side of Ivywild School.
• Keeping up with workflow of dirty dishes.
• Taking out trash and recycling.
• Assist team members in other tasks as needed.

• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively, while knowing when to seek input and direction.
• Ability to be flexible in a busy department where schedules and priorities are often fluid.
• Inherent team mentality and family spirit, inclined to cooperate and offer support to team members.
• Ability to maintain a clean and organized work station.
• Ability and willingness to thrive in a face-paced environment.
• Willingness to provide friendly customer service when necessary (in absence of counter service employees).
• Willingness to jump in and assist team members whenever needed.
• Willingness to be hands-on and not afraid to get your hands dirty (literally).
