This Cold IPA is all the good things: juicy + bitter + clean + crisp + dry + super tasty. Based on the cold IPA style born at Wayfinder brewery in Portland, this style is meant to highlight the wondrous American hop, with not a hint of malt flavor to distract you from the business at hand. We added seven different hops at various stages for a luscious aroma, plus juicy and bitter notes. Then it was cold-fermented with an ale yeast, yielding a refreshing, crisp concoction that’s well worth your attention.
